My practice is focused on debt financing transactions for companies at various stages of their development, but advising clients in the venture debt space is especially engaging. A company's initial foray into traditional secured debt can be a shock to founders who aren't expecting the oversight, reporting and operating restrictions banks and other financing sources are expecting. It is always rewarding to help start-up clients navigate these waters and get the funding they need to accelerate their growth.
